Dancers in the competition must present themselves at the Auditorium del Massimo via Massimiliano Massimo 1, Rome. with the ticket/QR code and in the presence of their teacher.
The joint presence of the candidate(s) and the teacher will be required for registration (a stamp is affixed to the hand). Only registered teachers will have access to the backstage. Schools must communicate the names of teachers or accompanying persons (two maximum) BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30. Teachers must have their country’s CND card. As soon as they enter, they will receive a badge which will be used to access the changing rooms and the theater.
They will not be able to go backstage, the dancers will go on stage alone, with the help of the Italian staff and their Federation.
Incomplete groups will not be able to access the changing rooms. In case of absence from the groups, the medical certificate must be presented under penalty of disqualification.
Competitors must wait when requested by staff and must respond when called to dance or they will be considered absent.
The organization is not responsible for delays and is also not responsible in the event of loss or theft. Please take care of your personal items. A.E.D. is not responsible for any injuries that may occur while dancing.
Fees paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

TICKETS: Before purchasing tickets, check whether the candidate dances in the morning, afternoon or evening as tickets are different for each session.
Tickets must be purchased on site and subject to availability.

ATTENTION: YOU CAN ACCESS the stage from two entrances from the back. White PVC backdrop and black wings. The competition will be held with fixed lighting.
Music: The music for the free variations (individuals, duos and groups) is sent by the Federations, however, it is recommended to bring a copy on a USB stick.
N.B. To ensure the success of the event, everyone’s collaboration is needed. Please leave the bathrooms and dressing rooms tidy, out of respect for those who come after. Come to the theater as ready to dance as possible. The Professors are responsible for the correct behavior of their students.
PLEASE NOTE THAT AT THE END OF THE PASSAGE THE THANKS WILL BE GIVEN ON SITE.
VIDEO FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHS ARE PROHIBITED.
REMIND PARENTS TO TURN OFF THEIR CELL PHONES AND NOT TO MOVE FROM THEIR PLACE DURING THE PERFORMANCES SO AS NOT TO DISTURB THE CANDIDATES.
